Questions

The things people ask us first.

How do I start?

Send us a message on WhatsApp with a few lines about what you're thinking. We'll reply, ask a couple of clarifying questions, and book a free conversation if it makes sense for both of us.

Do I have to pay to talk to you?

Your first conversation with us is free. If we go on to work together, we explain exactly what each service costs before you commit — no hidden charges, no pressure.

Can I work while I study?

In New Zealand, eligible students can work up to 25 hours per week during term and full-time in scheduled breaks. We confirm what applies to your specific course and visa as part of our guidance.

Can you guarantee admission or a visa?

No reputable adviser can guarantee a visa or admission outcome — those decisions rest with the universities and immigration authorities. What we can guarantee is a complete, accurate application and honest advice about your chances.

Which countries do you cover?

We currently focus on New Zealand and Malaysia. We chose two destinations on purpose, so the advice you receive is deep, current and specific — not a generic study-abroad pitch.
